OSHA Training Courses

Fletcher Safety Consulting offers training services that comply with OSHA?s regulatory requirements to ensure your employees are properly trained and so you can avoid costly citations and penalties. We are also authorized to teach OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training Courses that expand upon regulatory training in order to further prepare employees to recognize and correct hazardous conditions on the job. In addition, Fletcher Safety Consulting provides Open Enrollment Training that will be customized to meet the unique safety training needs of individuals in a particular industry or community.
OSHA Required Training
The OSHA training that we offer covers a number of safety and health topics. OSHA 10 Hour Training
Fletcher Safety Consulting is an authorized instructor for the OSHA 10 Hour Outreach Training Courses as outlined by the OSHA Outreach Training Program for both Construction and General Industry. Topics covered expand upon the basic OSHA requirements to provide a more extensive understanding of the recognition, avoidance, reduction, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces. The OSHA 10 Hour Training Course is designed more for entry-level workers, but emphasizes the value of safety and health to employees of any age or experience level.
OSHA 30 Hour Training
Fletcher Safety Consulting is also an authorized instructor for both the Construction and General Industry 30 Hour courses as outlined by the OSHA Outreach Training Program. The 30 Hour course expands upon the basics of hazard recognition covered in the 10 Hour course to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the recognition, avoidance, reduction, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces. The OSHA 30 hour training course is intended for foremen, job supervisors, and safety professionals, but will benefit workers of any employment level. Depending upon the type of course and the nature of the audience, a number of Subject Matter Expert trainers are typically enlisted to assist with the provision of the 30-Hour Outreach courses. This benefits not only the students but the trainers as well.
Open Enrollment Training
In the near future, Fletcher Safety Consulting plans to provide open enrollment training courses in communities throughout the area. If you would be interested in sponsoring a training program in your community that would be open to any interested participants, please let us know. We have conducted open enrollment 10 & 30 hour courses as well as topic-specific courses throughout Nebraska and Iowa.
